Synopsis:
Recife, Brazil is a beautiful city with a big problem: an epidemic of shark attacks. In the last ten years there were 45 strikes and 16 fatalities. Something has caused the sharks to change their behaviour, but what? Acclaimed Brazilian filmmaker and shark expert Lawrence Wahba investigates Recife's nightmarish recent history, but what he finds is that the line between victim and villain is not always clear.
