Orangutan Island

Synopsis:
Time is running out for the orangutans. There is practically no wilderness left for this nomadic, mostly solitary species. But in the heart of Borneo, we join Lone and her talented team from the Nyaru Menteng Rescue and Reintroduction Center as they transfer 35 young orphaned orangutans they've raised to a protected sanctuary. Here, on Orangutan Island, they will hone their survival skills and hopefully create a communal society.
