Centuries-old design meets cutting edge architecture in Petronas Towers, the centrepiece of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. One of the world's tallest buildings, its 88 storeys stretch 452 metres above ground level. Despite the massive scale, the building was constructed at lightning speed with crews completing one floor every four days. But there is more to Petronas Towers than sheer size: this is a building that combines the beauty of ancient design with complete multi-functionality.
