Glenda Norris joined the television industry in the early 1980s. A pioneer in the industry, she was one of the first production managers for natural history programmes, first in New Zealand and then internationally. She has sent crews to all corners of the globe, from Svalbard in the North, to the Snares Islands in the Subantarctic. Shows she worked on have gained over 44 international awards and have been seen in global markets. Much of her recent work has been on major wildlife co-productions with NHK, including the six part series Equator, and the six part HiDef series Life Force.
With a background in financial services, Robyn Pearson joined NHNZ in February 1998 and since then, has production managed a range of programs. Her most recent credits include Storm Shooter, Tsunami: The Race for Survival, four series of the long running The Most Extreme and the highly rated series I Survived....
Dayle Spavins started her television career specialising in children's television, including production managing, and later producing Squirt for Taylormade. In 2006 she joined NHNZ as DVD Project Manager. Since 2010 she has been production managing the blockbuster series I Survived... for the Bio Channel.
