Post-Production and Studios

NHNZ's in-house edit suites provide cutting-edge HD and SD post-production facilities for any television or video project, in any format.

We are geared for high-end digital post-production from video originated material, and our post-production team has widely recognised expertise. Our post-production facilities, with or without operators, are available for hire.

Offline Edit
Our offline edit suites offer Avid Adrenaline HD or FCP HD non-linear editing facilities.

Online Edit
The online edit suite, with a Quantel eQ, provides the best HD and SD non-linear online editing capabilities available.

Colour Correction
The Digital Vision (SD) and Quantel (SD and HD) colour correction suites enables shot by shot corrections if necessary.

Sound Suites
Three 5.1 surround sound suites with Digidesign Pro Tools for tracklaying and mixing, in either NTSC or PAL formats, with Dolby E and LM100 facilities. We have a studio for narrations and foleys plus an extensive sound effects library. Narrations can also be directed via Skype or phone line from anywhere in the world and FTP'd to you.

Technical Support
NHNZ has the technical capacity to perform quality control, dubbing, transfers, digitising, layback and duplication. The tape formats we handle are Sony HDCamSR, HD D5, DVCProHD 100, D5, DigiBeta, DVCPro 50, DVCPro 25, Mini DV, DVCam, Beta SP, DVD, SVHS and standard VHS.

Studio
NHNZ's headquarters features a prime studio and soundstage. Alongside the studio are production offices, toilets and kitchen amenities. The NHNZ Hire crew is also happy to co-ordinate other logistical requirements - from parking spaces to private catering. Full production and post-production facilities available onsite.
